Privacy Policy
This page explains the privacy practices intended for Manasource at launch. It is written for product transparency and should be reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it as legal advice.
Last updated: May 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Manasource website, public evidence library, and app experience. It does not cover third-party websites or services that may be linked from Manasource.
Manasource is designed as an evidence-backed wellness and tracking product, not as a medical provider. User-entered logs may feel sensitive because they can describe routines, nutrition, exercise, mood, sleep, and similar personal context. Treat the app as a personal tracking tool and avoid entering information you do not want stored by the service.
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, payments, and operational tooling. Those providers process information only as needed to support the service. We do not sell personal information. If future business or legal requirements change how data is shared, this policy should be updated before that change is launched.
Manasource should not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications, or App Tracking Transparency permission on first launch. The current app experience is designed around account sign-in, user-entered wellness logs, local app storage, network access, and optional sync rather than native device sensors.
For app-store privacy labeling, Manasource behavior at launch should be represented as collecting account information, user-entered wellness/activity content, purchase or entitlement status when subscriptions are enabled, diagnostics, and product analytics only when the corresponding tooling is enabled. Labels should not claim access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or cross-app tracking unless those capabilities are added in code and disclosed here first.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. Users may request account or data deletion through the support contact provided by Manasource. Deletion may not immediately remove backups, logs, or records retained for legal or security reasons.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep credentials private and report suspicious account activity promptly.
Manasource is not intended for children under 13. If a child has provided personal information, a parent or guardian should contact Manasource so appropriate action can be taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated date should reflect the latest version, and material changes should be communicated in a reasonable way.
