Acceptance of terms

By using the Manasource website, public library, or app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Manasource provides

Manasource provides a public evidence library and wellness tracking experience intended to help users inspect information, log practices, and understand patterns in their own routines. The product may change as it develops.

Not medical advice

Manasource is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. Content and app feedback are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before making medical, nutrition, exercise, supplement, or treatment decisions, especially if you have a health condition or are taking medication.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure.
• You should provide accurate account information when the app requires it.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not use Manasource to provide medical services or emergency support.
• Do not interfere with authentication, payments, analytics, security, or sync systems.

User content and data

You keep responsibility for the information you enter into Manasource. You grant Manasource permission to store, process, display, and sync that information as needed to operate and improve the service. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Library content and intellectual property

The Manasource product, interface, original writing, design, software, and branding are owned by Manasource or its licensors. Public library entries may reference third-party studies, resources, names, and links; those remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, resell, or present Manasource content as your own without permission.

Payments and subscriptions

If paid access, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial details should be shown at purchase time by Manasource or the relevant app-store/payment provider. Do not assume access is permanent unless the purchase terms say so.

Disclaimers and limitations

Manasource is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manasource is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the product evolves. We may also suspend or end access if a user violates these terms, creates risk, or if continued access is no longer practical or lawful.
